Our cheddar filled rellenos are terrific and are usually made by the same folks who make our tamales (use an S to specify them)... the jack cheese (white) are made by the folks who have won the NM state Fair competition several years running (use m to select them). Also, there are several items that are either seasonal or have time considerations attached (CHILE RELLENOS IS ONE EXAMPLE), therefore delivery times may vary for our typical practices and products.

A case of scrumptious Chile Products of New Mexico chile rellenos includes thirty sic (36) rellenos. When ordering keep in mind, they are made fresh and then frozen and that you may need at least an additional 3 days ordering time. You may select either a case of yellow, or white cheese rellenos. These can either be baked, or fried and served with red or green chile sauce. The above picture is green chile sauce and made with yellow cheddar cheese! $55.00 per case.
