The INDI Roaster features a wide base for increased stability and weighs 28 lbs for easy mobility. The INDI roaster barrel is 20" long, 18.5 wide and 23" in depth. Will roast a little more than 15 lbs of chile at a time. The INDI is 19' tall, 18.5" wide and the depth is 23.5". This roaster is ideal for home and apartment use. The EZ to use handle is removal for storage. The INDI has a locking mechanism that holds the barrel in place for loading and unloading. In order to use the INDI all you need is a propane tank!

ULTRA M CHILE ROASTER

Built like a tank, the ULTRA M with 5 burners is destined to become our best selling roaster ever. Weighing in at 53 lbs, and hooking up to 110 outlet the ULTRA M is more than reasonably priced and features a heavy duty, heat resistant motor and bearings for durability. The ULTRA M measures 31" tall X 43 long X 31" wide. This model is designed for anyone roasting 15 to 18 lbs at a time - bushels and less.

This beauty will roast an average of 15 - 18 pounds of chile at a time, in an average of 8 - 10 minutes using 5 propane burners for even roasting. The barrel dimensions are 24" long, 15" wide and 15" in depth. Normally the ULTRA M roaster ships within 1 week of purchase. Once the season heats up, look for 2 to 3 week or even longer wait times. We make them as they are ordered and do NOT stock them. Our usual production schedule is Mid April - Dec. Please note, if you order outside this time frame, you will experience a delay.

The ULTRA H measures 31" tall X 43 long X 31" wide. This model is designed for anyone roasting 15 to 18 lbs at a time - bushels and less.

COMMERCIAL USE

The Full Size Roaster

The T-Bird - is designed for commercial/industrial and consumer usage. It is rugged and will do a 30 to 35 lb sack at a time and within 8 to 10 minutes usually. The electric motor heat resistant, the bearings are also heat resistant, sturdy and dependable - life expectancy for this roaster is 5 to 10 years when it's protected from the weather.

This rugged unit is designed primarily for grocery stores with long lines of anticipating chile consumers, restaurants and for production lines and many, many other environments. T-Bird dimensions: 63" tall, 60" wide and 46" deep. The T-Bird Weight is 265 lbs approximately and will utilize a full pallet in shipment.
